In its first ten years of existence, the Foundation distributed well over $1 million (gifts distributed) to a range of recipients within the MRC des Laurentides.
The recipients of the grants and gifts range from the Rotary Club (for breakfast and lunchbox programs for schoolchildren) to organizations battling drug use among young people, to the local Samaritaine which provides clothing, appliances, furniture and food to families.

To offer young people of the Laurentians under 18 years of age a service of accompaniment designed to developed their abilities and interests and to channel their energies. Through participation in projects and activities, the adolescents become the active, discerning and responsible citizens of tomorrow.
The Concentration Musique program has been offered at the Polyvalente Curé-Mercure since 1990. It provides students with the opportunity to improve their talents through an enriched music program. Supported by the Parents-Musique des Hautes-Laurentides committee to ensure the survival of the program through its charitable activities and its
work to obtain grants and sponsors.
